Easy Cheese Cake

Purchased Cheesecakes are so expensive.  Why bother purchasing one, when you can easily bake one very easily.  This is a very simple and tasty cake to make.

The Recipe –

Crust –

1.5 Cups – Graham Crakcer Crumbs

3 Tbs – Unsalted Butter – Softened

Graham Cracker Crust  

Mix butter and cracker crumbs and then press into the bottom of a spring from pan.

Filling –

1 Lb – Cream Cheese

1 Pint – Sour Cream

1 Cup – Sugar

4 Ea – Eggs

1 Tsp. – Vanilla

1 Dash – Kosher Salt 

Cream the cheese with 1 of the egg and the sugar.  Add one egg at a time until they are all incorporated.  Add the sour Cream, Salt and Vanilla.

Pour Cheese Cake Mixture Over Crust

 Pour mixture onto crust.  Place into a preheated 375 degree oven for a half an hour.  Turn off the oven and allow cake to set with the door closed for 1 hour.  Open the oven door and allow cake to sit 1 more hours.
